Mountain weather can be unpredictable, and adjustments and back up plans are sometimes necessary—this exclusivity guarantees that you’ll never feel rushed or worry about your photographer leaving for another job. My sole focus will be on capturing every moment of your special day, no matter how the schedule evolves. -
Fair prices - I see a lot of people offering heli-wedding packages at inflated prices. I offer the best prices and provide the most experience. Keep in mind that all helicopter weddings around Banff and Canmore are all flying with Alpine Helicopters. For the past 15 years, I have been the go-to photographer for Alpine Helicopters, logging hundreds of flight hours across Western Canada’s stunning mountain ranges. My extensive experience working around helicopters, deep familiarity with heli-wedding locations, and certification as an Association of Canadian Mountain Guides guide (ACMG) member ensure a seamless, efficient, safe and creative photography session.

I am proud to be the only professional wedding photographer in the Banff and Canmore area who is also a certified ACMG guide. With a perfect safety record and an excellent working relationship with Alpine Helicopters’ pilots, I bring a level of trust, professionalism, and expertise unmatched in the industry. Additional photography time and custom shooting locations are available upon request to make your heli-wedding experience even more memorable. Many couples choose to enhance their package by adding extra time for portraits at one of their favorite mountains or lakes in the area after we land. This is a wonderful way to include more family and friends in your photos, especially since helicopter space can be limited.

Would you prefer to fill all the helicopter seats with loved ones, leaving no room for a photographer? No problem! As a certified ACMG Hiking Guide, I’ve hiked to all the heli-wedding locations offered and am highly familiar with the terrain. For an additional fee, I can hike into your chosen location with my camera gear and meet you there to capture your special moments.
This option allows you to prioritize having all your loved ones join you on the flight while still ensuring you receive stunning, professional photos. Please note that, due to avalanche hazards, this service is only available from May to October.
- Helicopter weddings are offered year round but tend to book out quickly. There are a limited amount that can be sold each year because of the logistics of flying multiple parties in the same day and Alpine Helicopters busy schedule. It is best to contact and inquire as soon as possible if considering this option. I am more than happy to answer any questions you may have and provide more information.
- Options for extra flight time and extended tours are available.

I handle all post-processing and editing personally to ensure exceptional quality. During the busy summer months, you can expect your high-resolution images within 6–8 weeks, while turnaround times in the winter are typically 2–3 weeks. Need your photos faster?
