No Questionnaires:

I get to know my clients over the phone / video CALLS and in person well before the wedding day arrives. You will not have to fill out a lengthy questionnaire to get a quote.

ACMG Guide - Every wedding is booked, thoughtfully planned, and photographed by a licensed guide from the Association of Canadian Mountain Guides. Noel is the only professional wedding photographer living in the Banff area who is licensed by the ACMG.

Helicopter Cancellation Policy: An extensive cancellation policy that has a no charge clause covering you if the helicopter is canceled due to weather or other factors. Cancellations do happen from time to time.

I take only one booking per day, ensuring that you have my undivided attention and complete flexibility. With no other commitments, I can adapt to any schedule changes and provide the dedicated service your heli-wedding deserves. Mountain weather can be unpredictable, and adjustments and back up plans are sometimes necessary—this exclusivity guarantees that you’ll never feel rushed or worry about your photographer leaving for another job. My sole focus will be on capturing every moment of your special day, no matter how the schedule evolves. -

Mt. Charles Stewart offers several unique landing zones, each providing a distinct and breathtaking experience. From high alpine ridgelines to rolling alpine meadows, every site is designed to create lasting memories.

- Additional photography time and shooting locations are available on request.
Many couples like to upgrade their Heli-Wedding package with extra time for portraits at one of their favorite mountains or lakes in the area after we land.
This is a great way to get more family and friends involved in your photos.
Limited space in the helicopter means that sometimes not everyone you want with you is able to go. Booking extra time after the wedding is a fun option. Extra shooting time for heli wedding couples is $400.00 per hour.
- Would you like to fill all of the seats in the helicopter with loved ones and have no room for a photographer on the flight?
No problem, Noel is an acmg certified Hiking Guide and has hiked into all of the Heli-Wedding locations that are offered several times and is very familiar with the terrain.
For an extra fee Noel will hike into the location of your choosing with camera gear and meet you there.
Due to avalanche hazard this option is only available May-October.
